Rachel is extremely professional and friendly, we saw close to 35 homes before we found our home. She was patient, always available and so fast at scheduling the showings. We were very early into the buying process and Rachel advised us on what to look for in the house, locality, schools. There were a couple of homes which Rachel even talked us out of buying. She always has your best interests at heart and doesn't push you to make a decision. First let me say the only reason I rated Rachel average on local knowledge is b/c we did most of this work with a different realtor before we switched to Rachel. Rachel was great every step of the way. She kept in contact with my husband and I on a weekly basis and more if there was a need, including weekends to provide us immediate updates. Rachel always managed to work us into her schedule no matter day or time. She was honest and straight forward but at no time did we feel pressured into anything. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the home buying process. We were first time home buyers so this was new to us and we had a lot of questions. Rachel was very patient and always made time for us. In addition if we had a question/request that she had to follow up on she was very prompt in doing so.
